Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup nut milk or water

½ cup frozen blueberries

¼ cup frozen spinach

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I go for plant based like THIS one)

2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats

1 tbsp. acacia fiber (I like THIS brand)

1 tbsp. sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter) OR 2 tbsp. tigernuts

Directions:

 1.     Throw all ingredients in the blender starting with the liquid and frozen items and blend!
